2024 post: I've been going to Autotech for many years. As with all of the reviews here, the team are friendly, honest and really great to work with. I'd left things really late this year to get pink slip and service. Turned up in the morning without a booking and they did everything for me on the same day! Absolute legends. 2025 post: the team continues to impress. Top quality work. No fuss, great communication. I am so lucky to have found such a great and trustworthy team!

I have brought my last two VW’s here since 2018. My 1997 Polo (#RIP, lol) and now my 2013 Jetta TSI. The team is always straight forward and honest about what needs doing. Have never felt like they try to add on unnecessary things like I have felt with other garages. Great with phone and email communication for appointments or quotes before the service, so you can budget/plan ahead & flexible drop off and pick up for convenience if your schedule mismatches their opening hours. Just had a minor service and going back in a couple weeks for tyres + alignment. Great central location so you can use public transport when you drop off your car. Walking distance to Town Hall station as they’re down in World Square P6. 10/10 service. Definitely give them a call for your next service & you may just stick with them!

I found AutoTech while looking for Smart car mechanics, with some skepticism I asked my wife to drop the car for fixing fan belt and alternator issues that were having that was making the car almost too difficult to drive as making noises. Guys here were always in contact with us and made sure we know all the required repairs and we could pick and choose what we need fixed. Then they got to work and delivered the car to us. When we picked up the car and started the engine for the first time it happened like it was a brand new car, and no noise. We both laughed out of surprise and how good the repairs were, couldn’t believe how effortlessly it drove after just doing few repairs. Even the steering system was so smooth. We couldn’t believe how much knowledge and experience AutoTech guys have and going the extra mile to deliver a great service. I will be coming again here for all smart car repairs!

Did my pink slip inspection here today. Such a great experience. Darren, the manager, was very responsive during booking process and professional overall. I was able to book for 8am the next business day and AutoTech team was able to inspect the car right away, so I didn’t even have to leave the car. The location is super convenient, right in CBD with a shopping centre above (good option to spend the time while waiting for the car). Thank you for the great experience! Will definitely be back!

Simon was incredibly helpful and listened to my observations about my car. After describing how the vehicle drove, the engine codes as well as what I saw on my own diagnostic gear, he readily identified the issue and other maintenance opportunities that could be done while fixing the main issue. My car drives like new, and Autotech did a stellar job keeping me across what was happening with my car even when I was overseas. 10/10 service.
